How to use the Threads viewer

A Threads viewer lets you read Threads without a Threads or Instagram account. This one reads public profiles and posts the way a logged-out browser does and shows them without the app prompt, the login wall or the feed. Type a username, or paste a profile or post link, and read.

View Threads anonymously, without an account

You never log in here and Threads never sees who you are. The viewer fetches public pages from its own server, so nothing is tied to your Threads or Instagram account. The profile owner gets no notification, no follow and no profile view. Threads itself shows a login wall after a few posts and pushes the app; this page does not.

What stays hidden is the same as in a logged-out browser: private profiles, posts the author deleted, and replies Threads hides. If a profile shows no posts here, it is private or has not posted yet.

View a Threads profile

Type the username with or without the @. You get the name, bio, links and follower count, plus the latest posts with their likes, replies and reposts, newest first. Threads usernames are Instagram usernames, so an Instagram handle works too.

Read a post and its replies

Paste the post link and you get the post with its image or link preview, the counts, and the first replies with their likes. Search the replies by word or username and download them as a CSV.

Photos and videos

Photos show as thumbnails next to the post and open on Threads. Videos are marked and open on Threads. This viewer does not download media.

What this viewer does not do

It cannot show private profiles, deleted posts, hidden replies, who liked a post, who follows a profile, or anything behind a login. It does not show who viewed a profile, because Threads does not record that for anyone.

Can I view Threads without an account?

Yes. Type a username or paste a link and read the profile or the post here. The viewer reads public pages the way a logged-out browser does and never asks you to log in.

Is it free?

Yes. Each visitor gets five free views a week, and a free Adlicio account gets 30 a day. The tool has a shared daily budget, so on a very busy day it can pause until midnight UTC.

Does the profile owner know I looked?

No. The page is fetched by our server, not your browser, and nothing is sent to your Threads or Instagram account. Threads has no profile view history, so nobody can see that you looked.

Can I see private Threads profiles?

No. A private profile shows its name, bio and follower count here, the same as on Threads when you are logged out, but not its posts.

Can I see who liked a post or who follows someone?

No. Threads shows like and follower counts to logged-out visitors, not the lists of accounts, and this viewer only reads what is public.

Can I read the replies to a post?

Yes. Paste the post link. You get the first replies with their likes, and a search box to find a word or a username. Very long threads show the first replies; open the post on Threads for the rest.

Does an Instagram username work?

Yes. Threads usernames are Instagram usernames. Type the handle and the viewer opens the Threads profile, if the account has joined Threads.

How many posts does it show?

The latest posts on a profile, usually about 15, and the first replies on a post, usually about 20.

Can I download Threads photos or videos?

No. Photos show as thumbnails and videos are marked, and both open on Threads. This viewer reads text and counts, it is not a downloader.

Can I search inside a profile or a post?

Yes. On a profile, type a word to filter the loaded posts. On a post, type a word or a username to filter the replies. The CSV download contains what matches.

Why does a profile show no posts?

It is private, it has not posted yet, or Threads is limiting requests for a moment. Try again in a minute.

Why does it say the tool is resting?

The viewer has a daily budget so that nobody can run up our costs. When it is used up it resets at midnight UTC. Pages opened earlier today still load from the cache.
