Affiliate Terms
Last updated May 28, 2026
These Affiliate Terms (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the Adlicio affiliate and referral program (the “Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to the general Adlicio Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must have an active Adlicio account and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to participate. We may decline or remove any participant at our sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms or conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service, our customers, or our brand.
2. Referral links and tracking
On enrollment you receive a unique referral link. Conversions are tracked through our partner platform (Dub) using cookies and server-side attribution. You may not manipulate tracking by, for example, clicking your own link to self-refer, masking referrals as organic traffic, or using cookie-stuffing or similar techniques.
3. Commissions
You earn commission on qualifying paid subscriptions made by new customers who sign up through your referral link, subject to the commission rate and lookback window shown in your affiliate dashboard. Commissions accrue only after the referred customer has paid and the standard refund window has elapsed.
Renewals, plan upgrades, free-tier signups, and self-referrals are not eligible for commission unless explicitly stated in the dashboard. We may change commission rates and Program economics on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.
4. Payouts
Payouts are processed through our partner platform on a recurring schedule once your balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold displayed in your dashboard. You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information and for any taxes due on amounts you receive.
5. Acceptable promotion
You agree to promote Adlicio honestly and not to:
- make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Adlicio, its features, pricing, or results;
- run paid ads against Adlicio-branded keywords (including “Adlicio”, “tryadlicio”, and obvious misspellings) on Google, Meta, or any other ad network;
- spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, or post your referral link in communities where promotion is not allowed by their rules;
- impersonate Adlicio, use confusingly similar branding, or claim to be an official representative or employee; or
- distribute illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content alongside your referral link.
6. Brand use
You may use the Adlicio name, logo, and product screenshots in good-faith promotion of the Program, provided you do not modify the marks, use them in a misleading way, or imply a partnership or endorsement beyond your role as an affiliate.
7. Disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Adlicio wherever you promote your referral link, in line with applicable rules (for example, the FTC's Endorsement Guides in the United States).
8. Termination and clawback
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for breach of these Terms or the general Adlicio Terms. We may withhold or claw back commissions associated with fraudulent, manipulated, or chargeback-affected referrals.
9. No employment or partnership
Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, joint-venture, or partnership relationship between you and Adlicio. You act as an independent party and are solely responsible for your own activities.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated through the affiliate dashboard or by email. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
