Short answer: GummySearch has no export that moves into another tool, so the move is by hand. Write down your subreddits and keywords, add them to Adlicio as Listening sources and a Reddit Radar, then ask Claude or ChatGPT to research a topic. Most people finish in about 10 minutes.
GummySearch's own closing notice, checked on October 30, 2026: it closed to new users on November 30, 2025, and "all user data will be permanently deleted on December 1, 2026". Paid subscribers keep access until their billing period ends, and lifetime deal holders until November 30, 2026. Free accounts can still log in to download their data.

If you have not connected Claude or ChatGPT yet, do that first with Add Adlicio to Claude or Add Adlicio to ChatGPT.
Step 1: List your GummySearch audiences and keywords
Log in to GummySearch while you still can. Copy these into one note:
- The subreddits in each audience, Custom and Curated. Keep the audience name next to each list.
- Your tracked keywords, and the subreddits each one watched.
- The Reddit links of saved posts. They keep working after GummySearch is gone.
- Any Pain Points or Solution Requests report you still use. Copy the text.
Also use GummySearch's own download of your account data. It does not say what the file contains, so do not rely on it alone.
Step 2: Create a brand and add your subreddits
- In the Adlicio app, click Add brand and give it the name of the product or audience.
- Open the brand and go to the Listening tab.
- In the box that says "URL, subreddit or keyword", paste the audience's subreddits as one list, such as
r/espresso, r/coffee, r/tea. One subreddit works too. - Pick how often to check: Daily, Every 3 days or Weekly.
- Click Watch.
Adlicio watches as many as your plan has places for and skips the ones you already watch. When some do not fit, it offers to put them in a Radar, which holds 10. Each sweep reads new comments and tags them as complaint, praise, question, idea or bug. A sweep costs 1 credit. Starter watches 2 places, Growth 8 and Scale 12, so start with the audiences you used most.
Step 3: Add your tracked keywords
In the same box, type the keyword. Adlicio offers "Watch as a keyword" when the text could be a subreddit. A keyword sweep reads the top 5 matching Reddit threads and the top 3 YouTube videos. You get an email, and a Slack message if Slack is connected, when new comments hold complaints or bugs. Alerts come at most once a day for each place.
Step 4: Rebuild "find posts to reply to" as a Reddit Radar
If you used GummySearch to find posts to answer, open Radar in the app sidebar.
- Under "Who do you want to find?", describe the person in one sentence, for example "People who can't sleep and ask which magnesium actually works".
- Pick up to 10 subreddits. The picker can suggest some from your sentence.
- Optional: fill in "What you offer" if a reply draft should mention it, and "Only posts that mention" to filter by words.
- Click Start radar.
Radar reads the last day of posts, then checks again every 30 to 60 minutes. It keeps the posts from people you can help in an inbox. You write and post the reply yourself. Adlicio never posts for you. A radar costs 1 credit for each day it finds a match and 1 credit for each reply draft. Starter allows 1 radar, Growth 3 and Scale 5.
Step 5: See the themes, like GummySearch's audience page
Open Themes at the top of a radar and click Scan. Adlicio reads up to 300 recent posts from the radar's subreddits, the top posts of the month and the newest, and sorts them into the themes you know: Solution requests, Advice requests, Pain and anger, Ideas, Money talk and Opportunities. Each tile shows a count. Click one to read its posts with the trigger phrases marked, and filter by a phrase such as "any tools" or "I wish there was".
The Products tab lists the products, apps and brands those posts name, ranked by how many posts name them, with stars from what people say and each person's own sentence as the quote. A scan costs 1 credit, and the last scan stays until you scan again.
Step 6: Run research on a topic
Open Claude or ChatGPT with Adlicio connected and ask:
Use Adlicio to research "standing desk" in r/homeoffice and r/ergonomics. List the top complaints and what people want instead, each with a short quote and a link to the comment. This is the closest match to GummySearch's pain point and solution request reports. Every point comes with a quote and a link, so you can open the thread and check it. The Reddit research guide has a full example. A research run costs 1 credit per 5 threads (Every plan).
Step 7: Keep using it in Claude or ChatGPT
Everything above also works from chat. Ask Claude or ChatGPT to list your Radar posts, create a radar or check one now. Your credits and history are the same in the app and in chat.
GummySearch features and what replaces them
| GummySearch | In Adlicio | Differences |
|---|---|---|
| Audiences (lists of subreddits) | A Reddit Radar (up to 10 subreddits) or a brand with Listening sources | No Curated audience library and no import. You paste each audience's subreddits. |
| Customer discovery themes | Themes on a Reddit Radar | The same six themes with counts and marked trigger phrases. Hot Discussions and Top Content are not there. |
| Products tab | Products on a Reddit Radar's Themes | Ranked by posts that name them, with stars and quotes. |
| Reddit search | search_reddit and the free Reddit comment search | Searches Reddit threads and comments. Re-type your saved searches; they do not move over. |
| Keyword tracking and alerts | Listening keyword sources, plus Reddit Radar for new posts | Alerts by email or Slack for complaints and bugs. There is no alert on every single mention; F5Bot or Syften do that. |
| Reports (Pain Points, Solution Requests, Patterns) | Radar Themes, a research run or a voice of customer report | You can ask for the same cuts in plain words. Old GummySearch reports do not move over. |
| Subreddit stats and trending subreddits | The free subreddit finder and top subreddits tool | No per-subreddit analytics dashboard. |
| Bookmarked posts | History in the app, and saved evidence | Reddit links you copied still work. |
What Adlicio does not do
- It does not import your GummySearch data. Nothing moves over by itself.
- It does not post, comment or schedule on Reddit. You reply yourself.
- It does not have a built-in library of Curated audiences.
- Listening and Radar need Starter, Growth or Scale, and each place or radar uses credits.
If one of these matters most to you, see the GummySearch alternatives page for other tools by job.
Questions
When does GummySearch delete my data?
On December 1, 2026, according to GummySearch's help center. Paid subscribers keep access until their billing period ends, and lifetime deal holders until November 30, 2026. Copy your subreddits and keywords before then.
Can I import my GummySearch audiences into Adlicio?
No. GummySearch's closing pages describe no transfer to another tool, and Adlicio has no import. Copy the subreddit list for each audience and paste it into a Radar or into a brand's Listening field.
How many subreddits can I watch?
Listening: Starter 2 places, Growth 8, Scale 12. Reddit Radar: up to 10 subreddits per radar, with 1 radar on Starter, 3 on Growth and 5 on Scale. Asking Claude or ChatGPT about any subreddit has no place limit and costs credits per run.
Does Adlicio post on Reddit for me?
No. Radar finds posts and can draft a reply. You post it yourself.
Is there a free way to try it first?
A free Adlicio account gets 3 Reddit runs in Claude or ChatGPT, so you can test the research step before you pay. Listening and Radar need a paid plan.
