Add Adlicio to ChatGPT

Add Adlicio to ChatGPT as a developer-mode app with the MCP URL, sign in once, and ask ChatGPT for Reddit threads, reviews, ads and transcripts.

You add Adlicio to ChatGPT as a custom app in developer mode, with the Adlicio MCP URL. After you sign in, ChatGPT can read Reddit threads, product reviews, Meta ads and video transcripts for you in the chat. You need no code and no API key.

What you need#

  • A ChatGPT plan that allows developer mode: Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Education. On a work plan, your workspace admin must allow it.
  • An Adlicio account.
  • ChatGPT on the web for the setup.

Add the app#

  1. Open Settings > Security and login and enable Developer mode.
  2. Open ChatGPT Plugins, select +, and create a developer-mode app.
  3. Name it Adlicio, enter https://mcp.tryadlicio.com/mcp, and choose OAuth.
  4. Complete the Adlicio sign-in and finish creating the app.
  5. In a new chat, open + > Developer mode and select Adlicio.

Requires Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education with developer-mode access. Workspace permissions apply. Some workspaces use Settings > Apps > Advanced Settings and Apps > Create. Review action confirmations when prompted.

Check that it works#

Open a new chat, select Adlicio under + > Developer mode, and paste this prompt. It uses no credits.

ChatGPT can show a confirmation before it runs a tool. Check it and approve it. ChatGPT then answers with your plan and your credit balance.

What to ask next#

Ask for the job in plain words:

  • "Find Reddit threads where people ask if a Ridge wallet is worth it, and list the main objections."
  • "Pull the TikTok comments on this video and group the questions people ask."
  • "Read the reviews on this Amazon product and give me the top five complaints."

Questions#

Why does ChatGPT need developer mode?#

ChatGPT adds outside MCP servers through developer mode. It is a setting on your account, not a separate product. OpenAI explains it in its developer mode guide.

Is it the same tools as in Claude?#

Yes. Both apps connect to the same Adlicio server and the same account, so your credits and saved history are the same in both.

What does it cost?#
