# Find local businesses on Google Maps

Look up businesses by name and town, or list a category in a city: name, category, address, phone, website, rating, review count and a Maps link.

Takes up to 25 lookups in one call, with up to 5 places each. Costs 1 credit per call that finds a place, whatever the number of lookups, and a call that finds nothing costs nothing.

## Inputs

- **`queries`** (array of strings, required, up to 25 items): Lookups: a business name plus its town, such as "Physio Hanseatic Hamburg", or a category plus a city, such as "physiotherapy Hamburg". 1 to 25.
- **`country`** (string, optional, default `us`, up to 2 characters): Two-letter Google country code. Default us.
- **`language`** (string, optional, default `en`, up to 2 characters): Two-letter language code for names and categories, such as de. Default en.
- **`limit`** (number, optional, default `5`, 1 to 5): Max places per lookup, best match first. Default 5, max 5.

## Cost and plan
