--- title: "Add Adlicio to Cursor" description: "Add the Adlicio remote MCP server to your Cursor mcp.json, sign in once and ask Cursor's agent for customer research." canonical: https://tryadlicio.com/docs/connect/cursor --- # Add Adlicio to Cursor Add the Adlicio remote MCP server to your Cursor mcp.json, sign in once and ask Cursor's agent for customer research. Cursor connects to Adlicio as a remote MCP server. You add one entry to `mcp.json` and sign in with your Adlicio account when Cursor asks. ## Add the server 1. Open .cursor/mcp.json in your project, or ~/.cursor/mcp.json for all projects. 2. Add the Adlicio entry below to mcpServers, preserving your existing servers. 3. Open Customize in Cursor’s sidebar and enable Adlicio. 4. Complete the Adlicio sign-in when prompted, then ask Agent to use Adlicio. ```json { "mcpServers": { "adlicio": { "url": "https://mcp.tryadlicio.com/mcp" } } } ``` No API key or OAuth client secret is needed. Your organization may restrict which MCP servers you can connect. Cursor asks for tool approval according to your run settings. ## Check that it works Ask Cursor's agent: ```text Use Adlicio to check my account and remaining credits. ``` This uses no research credits. If Adlicio is missing, see [troubleshooting](https://tryadlicio.com/docs/troubleshooting). Cursor's own guide: [MCP in Cursor](https://cursor.com/docs/mcp).
