--- title: "Add Adlicio to Claude" description: "Add Adlicio to Claude as a custom connector in about two minutes, then ask Claude for Reddit threads, reviews, ads and video transcripts in plain words." canonical: https://tryadlicio.com/docs/connect/claude --- # Add Adlicio to Claude Add Adlicio to Claude as a custom connector in about two minutes, then ask Claude for Reddit threads, reviews, ads and video transcripts in plain words. You add Adlicio to Claude as a **custom connector**. After that, Claude can read Reddit threads, product reviews, Meta ads and video transcripts for you while you chat. Adlicio runs as a hosted remote MCP server, so there is nothing to install, and you need no code or API key. ## What you need - A Claude account. Available on Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise. Free allows one custom connector. For Team and Enterprise, an Owner must add Adlicio first; each member then connects their own account. - An Adlicio account. You can sign in with the same Google account you use for Adlicio or the Reddit Comment Scraper extension. ## Add the connector The fast way: [open Claude with Adlicio and the URL filled in](https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=Adlicio&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.tryadlicio.com%2Fmcp). Then select **Add**, then **Connect**, and sign in. To do it by hand: 1. Open Claude on the web and go to Customize > Connectors. 2. Select +, then Add custom connector. 3. Name it Adlicio and paste https://mcp.tryadlicio.com/mcp. 4. Select Add, then Connect, and sign in to your Adlicio account. 5. In a conversation, open + > Connectors and enable Adlicio. ```text https://mcp.tryadlicio.com/mcp ``` Use the same URL for ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity, Grok or Le Chat. ## Check that it works Start a new chat and paste this prompt. It uses no credits. ```text Use Adlicio to check my account. Which plan am I on and how many research credits do I have? ``` Claude can ask for permission the first time it uses a tool. Allow it. Claude then answers with your plan and your credit balance. If Claude says it has no Adlicio tools, open **+ > Connectors** in the chat and turn Adlicio on. ## Team and Enterprise On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds the connector once for the whole workspace: 1. An Owner opens Organization settings > Connectors in Claude. 2. Select Add > Custom > Web, enter https://mcp.tryadlicio.com/mcp, and select Add. 3. Each member opens Customize > Connectors, finds Adlicio, and selects Connect. 4. Sign in with your own Adlicio account, then enable Adlicio from + > Connectors in a conversation. Each person then signs in with their own Adlicio account. Owners can [open the Claude admin setup](https://claude.ai/admin-settings/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=Adlicio&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.tryadlicio.com%2Fmcp) with the details filled in. ## What to ask next Ask for a job in plain words. Claude picks the right Adlicio tool. - "What do people on Reddit complain about with standing desks?" - "Read the 1 to 3 star reviews on this Amazon product and group the complaints." - "Show me the Facebook ads Ridge is running right now." - "Transcribe this TikTok and tell me the hook."
