It can also find, resize and copy your existing designs. It works with every Canva account, Free included, but searching Brand Templates needs a paid plan. On ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, a workspace admin has to enable apps first. **Adobe Express.** Adobe's app finds Express templates and edits them in the chat: text, images, background colors and animation. Adobe says it is not yet available to users on Enterprise, Teams or Education plans. If your brand kit lives in Canva, use Canva; if your team works in Adobe, Express fits better. For decks and diagrams, [Figma's app](https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/35326636109975) turns a prompt into a FigJam diagram or a Figma Slides deck on any Figma plan, though not in the EU. ## CRM and email **HubSpot.** HubSpot's app reads and writes CRM records such as contacts, companies and deals, and logs calls, notes and tasks. It can also create and update campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, marketing emails and segments. It deletes nothing, and HubSpot recommends setting its write tools to ask for approval. **Klaviyo.** Klaviyo shows campaign and flow performance in tables (opens, clicks, attributed revenue) and suggests next steps. With the right permissions it creates draft campaigns, sends email and SMS campaigns after you confirm, creates flows and edits lists and segments. You need an Owner, Admin or Manager role to connect it. **Mailchimp.** Mailchimp's app is a campaign planner. Describe a goal and it returns a plan across email, SMS and social with send times, segments and content angles, based on your past results if you connect an account. Mailchimp says it costs nothing extra and is available in the US only. To make changes inside your account, Klaviyo and HubSpot do more. ## SEO and ads **Semrush.** Semrush's official app brings keyword, domain and backlink data into the chat and reads your Semrush projects without changing them. It spends API units: Semrush One Starter and Pro+ and SEO Classic Pro and Guru include 50,000, refreshed on your renewal date. Traffic and market data need a Trends API subscription. **Ahrefs.** Ahrefs documents its hosted server for ChatGPT as a custom MCP server, at `https://api.ahrefs.com/mcp/mcp`. It needs a paid plan from Lite, and each call uses your monthly API units. **Adspirer.** Adspirer connects Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads, and besides reporting it can create campaigns, pause ads and change budgets. It is in ChatGPT's plugin directory, but on October 24, 2026 Adspirer's own page said the plugin was having issues and recommended adding it as a custom MCP server instead. Meta also runs its own ads MCP server. If your Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace has added Zapier, you sign in from a chat. Otherwise you create your own plugin from Zapier's MCP URL in developer mode. Each successful tool call uses two Zapier tasks. If your briefs live in Notion, OpenAI's [Notion app](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/12532955) searches and reads the pages your Notion account can open. ## The best ChatGPT apps for customer research **SurveyMonkey** asks new questions. In a chat, type **@** and pick the app, or select **+**. OpenAI says the directory is open on every plan, while each plugin can depend on your plan, workspace and region. **As a custom MCP server,** for a tool you add by URL such as Adlicio or Ahrefs: 1.
